Somniphan® is a safe and effective sleep-aid that contains L-Tryptophan, GABA and Melatonin. These three ingredients work synergistically to help one go to sleep. Somniphan® is available in capsule form, and suggested dosage is 2 capsules, 30-45 minutes before bedtime. Somniphan® is non habit forming, is free from side effects and can be used regularly to help encourage relaxation, reduce anxiety and most importantly help one restore and maintain healthy sleep patterns.
Somniphan® is suggested for:  individuals who experience sleeplessness, either occasional or chronic;  individuals who experience frequent night wakings due to stress and/or anxiety, or for men who experience frequent night wakings due to prostate overactivity and frequent nighttime urination; individuals who experience mood swings or negative outlook and as a consequence have trouble sleeping.

Interactions/Precautions: Not recommended for women who are pregnant or nursing or individuals under the age of 18. Do not use Somniphan if you are currently using MAO inhibitors or SSRI medications. Do not use Somniphan with other sleep aid medications or dietary supplements. If you find that upon wakening you are sluggish or drowsy, reduce dosage to 1 capsule daily.
